Now, with RADIAL, we have mastered both increased efficiency, and robust construction - and if you are worried, you can add REACH-iT CARE to your RADIAL BRUSH.

REACH-iT CARE

If you want all the risk removed for your new RADIAL brush, then consider adding REACH-iT CARE for replacement at any time. Throughout 2020, we plan to release REACH-iT CARE on selected products (even retrospectively) so, as a community, we all pay a little, and we are all covered in the event of a mishap. 


2 YEAR REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE

If at any time in the 24 months after you receive your RADIAL Brush, it is incapacitated, we will replace it FREE of CHARGE, subject to the T&C herein.  


WHAT IS COVERED?

Practically everything that renders the brush ineffective.

BENT ALUMINUM BLOCK: We recently had a customer’s customer drive over his brush he left on the driveway; COVERED

PU END-CAPS WORN: We have been using RHINO-TUBE (PU) as a buffer for CONSTRUCTOR BRUSH against the frames (especially brick frames) for the last 3 years without a claim. If, for any reason, the PU END-CAPS are worn through to reveal the end-cap underneath; COVERED

BRISTLES DISTORTED: RADIAL has the bristles preset at 20-25 degrees from the perpendicular of the aluminum block. During design and prototype testing, we tested all angles from 0º to 45º and all were effective, however, past 45º, the efficiency is reduced by the inner bristles that set the maximum angle of the bristles on the glass. If the blade of your outer bristles splay to over 45º from the perpendicular of the aluminum block; COVERED

WORN PIVOT TEETH: The only way PIVOT teeth can get worn, is if the cam lever is not adjusted correctly to lock the teeth as one. That said if you burr the teeth; COVERED

BROKEN PIVOT: We have seen some breakages of SIDE 2 SIDE after pole-drops … more so in the very early spring in the areas that freeze as nylon becomes more brittle when it is colder. Regardless dropped or broken for any reason; COVERED


WHAT IS NOT COVERED?

SCRATCHES: As this is a tool that is continually experiencing impact; aesthetic, non-functional damage is; NOT COVERED

BLOCKED JETS: Blocked jets occur for only one reason - debris gets in your water line from your water line. It is the responsibility of the Operator to protect the connectors and the entire fluid delivery setup from debris. If the debris is smaller than the orifice of the jets, it will pass; if bigger, it will catch in a jet, and block it. TO CLEAN: Inside HYDRO-BLADE II+, the jets are curved channels - so a wire like a guitar string is needed to push the debris back in the main flow-line. Open the T Pushfit at the base of the brush to allow water to flow in one direction through the HYDRO-BLADE II+ to flush, poking the blocked holes at the same time; NOT COVERED

SOILED BRISTLES: If you go and clean windows that haven't been cleaned in 5 years, straight above a BBQ - you are going to get grease all over your bristles.  TIP: Rather than clean the bristles with detergent, get detergent onto the glass with WINDOW WEAPON and MICROFIBER SCRUB. 

LOST BRUSH: As REACH-iT CARE requires the RADIAL Brush to be returned to a designated address in your country (for participating countries), a lost brush cannot be replaced for free.


WHO PAYS SHIPPING? 

CUSTOMER to MANUFACTURER - the customer pays.

MANUFACTURER to the CUSTOMER - the manufacturer pays.

If you do not have redundancy (spare brushes) in your business model, and you need a faster turnaround, you can elect, at your own discretion to use a faster shipping method. The manufacturer will use 2-3 day ground service when we can despatch from ‘eligible’ countries, and DHL 5-7 day service if we need to despatch ‘factory direct’. 


WHICH COUNTRIES ARE ELIGIBLE? 

REACH-iT CARE is available with local EXCHANGE FACILITIES in the following countries with local addresses: 

UNITED STATES

CANADA

UNITED KINGDOM

AUSTRALIA

NEW ZEALAND

If you are outside these countries, you will need to return your parts to be replaced to an EXCHANGE FACILITY in an eligible country. Your replacement parts will be returned to you using DHL 5-7 day door-to-door courier service. 


HOW TO REGISTER 

You MUST register for REACH-iT CARE within 30 days of receiving your RADIAL Brush. 

Before you register, you will need your Order Number and the IMEI number of the new brush you are registering (you can find this on the packaging of the RADIAL Brush). 

Go to register-care.futureofcleaning.com or scan the QR CODE on the packaging of your new RADIAL Brush. 

Enter the following details:

Name

Order Number 

IMEI Number (you can find this on the packaging of your brush)

You will get an email reply from us confirming confirmation of your registration.


I CAN’T FIND THE IMEI NUMBER

If you are registering your new RADIAL Brush, and you cannot find the IMEI Number, use the tools provided with RADIAL Brush to disassemble the PIVOT from the RADIAL BRUSH and find the IMEI Number underneath. 


I PAID FOR REACH-iT CARE, I WANT TO CLAIM, BUT I DIDN’T REGISTER

Not registering for REACH-iT CARE within 30 days of delivery, voids our offer. As compensation, we will give you a CREDIT in store for the value of your payment for REACH-iT CARE to be used in FUTUREOFCLEANING store on any product at any time in the future. If for any reason, you did not pay for REACH-iT CARE (eg. if at any time it was bundled in an offer), there is no credit available.


HOW TO CLAIM 

Step 1:

Before you claim, you will need;

  1. to disassemble the PIVOT from the RADIAL Brush with the spanner tool provided.
  2. the INVOICE NUMBER that you purchased the RADIAL BRUSH that you are claiming for. 
  3. the IMEI number of the RADIAL BRUSH as declared during REGISTRATION (this will match the IMEI number on the RADIAL. 

Step 2. 

Go to claim-care.futureofcleaning.com, or call CUSTOMER SUPPORT on +1 562-684-4907

Enter the following details: 

Name

Delivery Address

Email address

Order Number

IMEI Number

Choose RADIAL or PIVOT for the part to be replaced.

We will check our records against your claim, and, once confirmed, email you a RETURN ADDRESS for the nearest EXCHANGE facility. 

Step 2:

a). Disassemble RADIAL Brush by removing PIVOT with the spanner provided with RADIAL. 

b). Pack RADIAL or PIVOT in a box or satchel, and send to the address on the RETURN ADDRESS EMAIL using a service that has a tracking number so we can confirm despatch, and track arrival at the facility (see WHO PAYS SHIPPING?).

c). Make a note of the tracking number in case your courier has a challenge with the delivery. NOTE: The goods remain your responsibility until we receive them in our EXCHANGE FACILITY.

d). We will check the IMEI against the CLAIM, and despatch a replacement RADIAL or PIVOT to you forthwith (see WHO PAYS SHIPPING?).


CAN I SERVICE RADIAL BRUSH? 

No, RADIAL is not a CONSTRUCTOR BRUSH.

Apart from being able to detach and replace PIVOT, RADIAL is glued and security screwed together - there are no spare parts, and no modifications possible.  


WILL I GET A BRAND NEW BRUSH 

How long your RADIAL Brush has been in use at the time of your claim, and the condition of the brush you return to us will determine (at our discretion) whether we return to you a refurbished RADIAL or a brand new one.


FAIR USE POLICY 

As this is a community-based product and service, it is important that it is not abused, such that we would need to raise the price, or withdraw the product going forward (still honoring existing owners, of course).

With over 8500 CONSTRUCTOR BRUSH in the market, we have a clear understanding that certain folk are genuinely rougher on their tools than others. We have seen disastrous damage to brushes from some folk, not just once, but over and over again, whilst the vast majority of our customers have used their CONSTRUCTOR brushes without issue (not foregoing that, at times, we had some design issues that, under certain conditions led to a higher likelihood of damaging the brush). Of course, it is this over-exertive worker who often subscribes to public declaration of the damage (often linked to a PM message of blackmail) on social media. Our FAIR USE POLICY simply reserves the right to decline a 2nd replacement of RADIAL Brush, subject to the condition of the first part returned. If we intend to exercise this right, we will inform you after the replacement of the first part.
