ANOTHER REACH-iT INNOVATION - circa 2020

DEEP-FRAME ROCKER 12" is now an end-of-line product  - heavily discounted as we move towards offering only 22" and 26" in the future.  This is because RADIAL ROCKER covers the 14" and 18" range, and 22" and 26" are ideal for large commercial windows and glass-clad buildings. 

DEEP-FRAME ROCKER brush is designed for use with any Pole.   Using a fixed angle adaptor mount, the Operator only cleans windows with an UP-DOWN MOTION, letting the ROCKING BASE pivot to accommodate for the change in angles, ensuring maximum agitation pressure remains on the glass at all times.

Bristles remain on the top and bottom of the brush to break the surface tension of the glass, so even HYDROPHOBIC glass behaves HYDROPHILIC (the water cascades on the down-stroke).

DEEP-FRAME ROCKER comes with 16 SCRUBS in 10 types with SCRAPE and GRAB qualities to attack different types of pollutions, excretions and concretions on the windows. 

8 BASE JETS (fitted) add water under the brush to increase the ability to pull dirty water off the glass with the bottom bristle blade, resulting in the Operator needing less strokes to achieve the desired result.

Fitted with HYDRO-BLADE II+ Hi-FLO RINSE BAR, DEEP-FRAME ROCKER places the de-mineralised water where you actually need it.... in the corners, and all the way to the frames on the down-stroke, meaning you have SINGLE ACTION CLEAN - agitate on the up-stroke, rinse on the down-stroke.  

DEEP-FRAME ROCKER is designed for a flowrate (1/2 to 3/4 GPM or 2-3 lpm) so we highly recommend using HI-FLO TUBE (3/8” or 10mm OD) to reduce the tube resistance and maximize the flow-rate to the brush.  By using a higher flow-rate, you can work many times faster, ultimately using less water volume per window. 

Regarding the Operators’ Technique, DEEP-FRAME ROCKER is purely an UP-DOWN brush for DEEP-FRAME windows - the rinse bar may wet the top frame, but the water will not run back down the window, and there is rarely a build-up of dirt on the underside of the mullions (at 90 degrees to the glass) compared to low-profile frames which have much more surface parallel to the glass.

It is a bit heavy but that adds to the cleaning power. So nice to clean 3 stories up and not have to pull the head off the glass to rinse. Love it!

Works inside too!

Purchased this for one nasty section of a building. Performed as I expected. The real reason for 5 stars is because you can transform it into the words most expensive magic eraser. Remove the bristles and bam! Those seven panels that were at the top of a 5 story entryway have never been cleaner. Especially since they had never been cleaned. Keep ‘em coming Perry.

Best water feed brush I have ever used.

DEEP FRAME : ALL-ROUNDER is just right I mean RIGHT. The water goes where I want it & not where I don't want it. The water flows down the glass rinsing all loose debris off, hydrophobic glass doesn't have a chance to spot . The bristles are the right stiffness & length to scrub the windows & frames effectively. I don't believe I can express how impressed I really am. It's just do "RIGHT" & of course it saves me time.

Hydroblade 2 is a game changer!

I'm loving the new Deep Frame brush. The square design allows you to quickly and easily get into the corners. The design of the Hydroblade allows you to run the brush all the way to the top of the glass without spraying up onto the frame. This translates into working faster and safer, especially at height. Any chance of combining Deep Frame and Window Weapon?

¿Qué ancho debo usar?

Angosto, 12-14" / 30.5-35.6 cm: casas, vidrios pequeños y marcos estrechos. Mediano, 16-18" / 40.6-45.7 cm: el todoterreno para casas y locales comerciales. Ancho, 22-26" / 55.9-66 cm: vidrios grandes y vidrio comercial en menos pasadas, con una pértiga más estable en altura. Muchos profesionales llevan dos anchos.

¿Qué almohadilla debo usar?

Elige la almohadilla según la suciedad:

  • Antirrayas (naranja): la almohadilla de uso diario para la mayoría de los limpiadores de ventanas, y también segura en la mayoría de los marcos. El grano de óxido de aluminio es muy fino y va sobre fibras suaves, así que no raya el vidrio. Como referencia: la almohadilla de nuez tiene 3.5 en la escala de dureza, el vidrio cerca de 6.5 y el carborundo 9.0.
  • Lana de acero inoxidable / lana de bronce: raspado agresivo para vidrio muy sucio. Las hebras van paralelas al vidrio y actúan como hojas. No se oxidan, así que no manchan.
  • Malla de acero inoxidable ("el rallador"): raspa suciedad incrustada, hongo artillero, rocío de pintura y residuos de calcomanías.
  • Metal azul: más filoso que la malla de acero inoxidable. Muy agresivo.
  • Microfibra: atrapa la suciedad. Ideal para la contaminación petroquímica, con un chorrito de detergente que no deje rayas. Puede atrapar arena, así que enjuágala seguido.
  • Caucho verde: atrapa, no raspa, y saca la arena. La opción para la suciedad de abejas y el residuo ceroso que queda debajo.
  • Esponja mágica: silicona y residuos de calcomanías. Cuenta con unas pasadas más.
  • Silicón: una almohadilla de agarre para uso diario. Rechina mientras limpia.
  • TOM CAT: una almohadilla de agarre para la suciedad de abejas y el residuo ceroso que queda debajo. Tom Hay, limpiador de ventanas en Perth, Australia, la encontró después de probar un material tras otro. Se come la caca de abeja.
  • Carborundo: nuestra almohadilla más agresiva. El carburo de silicio (dureza 9.0) quita del vidrio (dureza cerca de 6.5) la suciedad más difícil. No raya el vidrio real porque el respaldo de espuma cede con la presión y la almohadilla es grande. Úsala solo en vidrio real.

El vidrio tratado (como el E-Glass y los paneles de polímero transparente) puede rayarse con cualquier almohadilla abrasiva. Prueba primero en un área pequeña.
