✅ PURE WATER SYSTEMS

The purpose of ULTRA-PURE WATER is to get a spot-free rinse at the end of your 'window washing' process.  All spot-free water is indentical - typically defined as having a TDS of <10ppm  - that means there are less than 10 parts per million of Total Dissolved Solids.  In fact, depending on what minerals are in your local water, spot-free can be up to 50ppm (town water with very low levels of calcium and magnesium). 

The final stage of any PURE WATER SYSTEM is the Mixed Bed DI RESIN - this ionically attracts minerals from the water to leave it ultra-pure. This can also be the first and only stage, ideal for TDS up to 150ppm. If you are not sure what is your local water quality, you can ask CHAT GPT "What is the Total Dissolved Solids or Conductivity of town water in [MY TOWN] expressed in parts per million". Repeat for each of your service areas as the answer is dependent on the actual source of your town supply water.

If the TDS >100 and certainly if it is >150, the use of DI ONLY becomes quite expensive in both dollars and time (you need to keep changing the resin). This is when it is commercially viable to consider using a REVERSE OSMOSIS system. Reverse Osmosis uses water pressure to remove up to 95% of the minerals in your water - basically for free. This pure water then passes through a DI TANK to polish the water to 'ultra-pure' or 'spot-free'. 

We recommend the following : 

TDS <50ppm : SINGLE 1/4cuft (6 liter) DI TANK

TDS 50-150ppm : DUAL DI TANK

TDS >100 :  FLOW BLUE, FLOW RED, or FLOW GOLD
