WAT ZIT ER IN HET PACK:

WANNEER GEBRUIKEN:
HI-FLO kan over de grond worden gebruikt over 75-150 FEET als handigere toevoerslang, EN langs de steel omhoog tot aan klem #1, of rechtstreeks naar uw RADIAL borstel!
SPECIFICATIES:
RADIAL HI-FLO is een slang van 10mm (ca. 3/8") OD (buitendiameter).
ONTHOUD: Hoe langer de slang, ongeacht de ID (binnendiameter), hoe lager het debiet (flow rate) dat bij de borstel beschikbaar is. Gebruik dus altijd de kortst mogelijke lengte en vervoer het water met de grootst mogelijke ID. Meestal blijft het debiet beter behouden als u de ID over de afstand verkleint (gebruik dus 150FT (50m) 5/8" (16mm), daarna 150FT (50m) 3/8" (10mm) over lange afstanden). Ons doel is 1/2GPM (2LPM) bij de RADIAL borstel.
HI-FLO PACK:
Dit pack is ontworpen om u het maximale debiet door de HI-FLO slang naar uw RADIAL borstel te geven.
Als u 150FT kiest, geven we u nog een 10:10 PUSH-FIT adapter, zodat u de HI-FLO in twee lengtes kunt knippen (bijv. 75/75 of 100/50) en ze eenvoudig weer kunt verbinden voor langere trajecten. Vergeet niet opnieuw aan te sluiten en de COLLAR LOCK CIR-CLIPS te gebruiken om onbedoeld loskoppelen te voorkomen.
HI-FLO is ontworpen om meer water naar alle RADIAL borstels te brengen. We weten met zekerheid dat u MINDER TIJD kunt gebruiken door meer DEBIET te gebruiken tijdens de fase van SPOELEN OP HET GLAS. Als u uw werk sterker versnelt dan het debiet toeneemt, gebruikt u over het geheel genomen zelfs MINDER WATER.
U KUNT HI-FLO op een slanghaspel (hose reel) gebruiken.

The Radial High Flow Tube produces more water to work faster! We purchased it 3 months ago. My guys love the extra water compared to the R. Tube.
I like it because, sometimes I need to extend my tube to 220 or 350 feet. And with the booster pump I can do it. Almost no pressure lost in the end of the tube.
I upgraded my 8mm tubing to this 10mm using a radial rocker. The 10mm gives a significant increase in water delivery to the glass. I can now do jobs previously impossible to get enough pressure from. And others I don’t have to use my pump on. Worth the price.

Is the new flo tub made of the same material as old darker blue?
New lighter color blue seems softer, more flexible. Hopefully doesn’t have a memory where it gets crinkled

Throw away every tubing you've ever used before, because once you use this Hi-Flo, you will never use anything else. We have struggled for years to get enough water pressure at the brush, and it turns out that the problem all along was the tubing. There are jobs where we used to use a pump, and now with this tubing we don't need one anymore.
After using it (I think it is very good stuff. much better flow and the connecters are nice. A 10mm to 8mm would have been good for me , but we made it works. The tube is excellent.

I ordered the Rhino Hi-Flo Tube Pack in addition to the Warrior Power Pack because we like running a little longer pole tube than normal. Tube pack came ready to go! Everything needed to get us working out of the box. We enjoy the thought that goes into packing this product to ensure the user has everything plus some extras for those of us who like to customize based on our cleaning methods.
I had to use another hose adapter. The one it came with was leaking like a sieve!! But once I got it working it worked great. Plenty of water to run the Radial and Deep frame brushes. I am using to run all other Constructor brushes and works great!! I do have to keep a close watch on how crew uses water in tank. Reminding them to kink hose in between windows to conserve water.
This is very nice piece of hosing it delivers as promised with water flowing at a very high rate I'm not much of a connoisseur of hosing though but I do like this product

Awesome tube. it’s been a great move to the Hi-FLO tube. The pump doesn’t have to work as hard pushing through the smaller tube, so getting great flow out of the new brushes.
Quick replacement for rhino tube. Really good flow with new rinse bar II+ supplied by RO system with 150' of Hi-Flow tubing. Coiling back up is about the same as with rhino tube, just a little less flexible, but not enough to worry about. The larger diameter does take up a little bit more storage space than the rhino tube (obviously), so some adjustments required there.
This system works so much better, than the old system. I can complete a job considerably faster and with more certainty.

What flow rate does a REACH-iT RADIAL brush need from a pure water system?
RADIAL and ROCKER brushes are designed for "high flow": 1/2 GPM / 1.9 LPM at the brush. RADIAL LITE and RADIAL ULTRA-LITE brushes run on high flow or "low flow": 1/3 GPM / 1.3 LPM. Long hose runs and height reduce flow (about 5 PSI of back-pressure per 10 ft / 3 m of height), which is why REACH-iT pure water systems are built for high output.
What's the difference between REACH-iT RADIAL HOSE, HI-FLO TUBE and RHINO-TUBE?
RADIAL HOSE: 5/8" / 16 mm OD, multi-layer braided hose for long runs from the pure water system, UV resistant, non-kink, high-vis. RADIAL HI-FLO TUBE: 3/8" / 10 mm OD single-wall PU tube, for along the ground and up the pole to RADIAL brushes. RHINO-TUBE: 5/16" / 8 mm OD, very light, for low flow-rate tools.
How do I keep good flow at the brush on long hose runs with REACH-iT hose and tube?
Use the shortest practical length, and the widest practical bore. Over long distances, step down in size: for example 150 ft / 46 m of 5/8" / 16 mm RADIAL HOSE, then 150 ft / 46 m of 3/8" / 10 mm HI-FLO. The target is 1/2 GPM / 1.9 LPM at a RADIAL brush.
What comes in the REACH-iT RADIAL HI-FLO Tube pack?
75 ft / 23 m or 150 ft / 46 m of 3/8" / 10 mm OD HI-FLO tube, a 10:10 pushfit to join two lengths, a HI-FLO pushfit to Gardena male, and collar locks to stop pushfits coming apart. The 150 ft / 45.7 m pack adds a second 10:10 pushfit, so you can cut it into two lengths and rejoin them for long runs. HI-FLO can go on a reel.
Why use REACH-iT HI-FLO tube instead of 5/16" tube?
3/8" / 10 mm HI-FLO gives about double the flow of 5/16" / 8 mm tube in the same set-up. More flow during the on-glass rinse saves time, and because you finish faster you can end up using less water overall. HI-FLO can run along the ground and up the pole to the top clamp or straight to a RADIAL brush.
