Works well. Better than the old version.

This seems like a very well made part if you use it for what it is intended for. I don't think it is made for a side to side motion which caused my other one to fail. I have been waiting for another order for over a month and cannot get a reply from Reach it. Not quite sure what the problem is but I was charged for the product and am still waiting. I have tried to contact them several different ways with no success. Beware!
