FAQ

Do you sell spare parts for the G-FORCE, E-FORCE and Z-FORCE?

Yes. G-FORCE: aluminum pole adaptor (REACH-iT) with handle set, handle only, slide/cam, slide/swivel, slide/handle, plastic pole adaptor (REACH-iT), custom pole adaptor, push-fit clamps (3-pack), silicon tube with filter and 10 mm stem adaptor (5-pack) and the G-FORCE PRO rinse bar set. G-FORCE and E-FORCE: endcap set. Z-FORCE: blade holders (5-pack, black) and blade covers (2-pack). Scrubs are sold separately on the scrubs product page.

My G-FORCE broke. Do I need a warranty claim or a spare part?

If you broke a part by accident, order that single part from the G-FORCE / E-FORCE / Z-FORCE Spare Parts page: you don't need a new tool. If you think it's a warranty fault, take clear photos of the broken part and contact REACH-iT on live chat or at support@futureofcleaning.com with your email and order number.

Which spare blades and parts are there for the Z-FORCE PRO?

Steel razor blades in packs of 10, plastic blades in packs of 10, Z-FORCE blade holders (5-pack, black) and Z-FORCE blade covers (2-pack). The steel and plastic blade packs are on the Z-FORCE PRO product page; holders and covers are on the G-FORCE / E-FORCE / Z-FORCE Spare Parts page.
