Remember all bristles are replaceable and interchangeable with BOARS HAIR for the same style brush. 

NYLON BRISTLES are ideal for 'flicking' dirt and dust off glass - when you have difficult-to-remove debris, you would need to wait for the water to soak in to the debris and waste time -  then we recommend to go to a HYBRID AGITATION BRUSH like RADIAL ROCKER  / DEEP-FRAME ROCKER and ULTRA-LITE.

Another category of AGITATION is the BOARS HAIR BRISTLE - these, when wet, have a higher friction (drag) co-efficient on the glass and are better at 'grabbing' certain debris off glass - mostly sun-cooked dirt, sometimes aluminum oxide from aluminum insect screens, and definitely clay dust. 

The ROCKER Brushes have the ability to remove non-soluble debris like paint-overspray, fly-poo and artillery fungus with the metallic SCRUBS.
