BLOCKS:

ROCKERS:  the Rocker Mechanism is a complete 'slide and replace' kit. Remove the tube around one endcap (be careful to pull the tube off the rinse bar IN LINE - not at an angle - to the rinse bar to prevent breaking the rinse bar),  remove one endcap, remove the bristles from one end, slide out the damaged ROCKER BLOCK.  Re-assemble in reverse, being aware of the need to push the tube straight onto the rinse bar. 

ULTRA-LITE: 

the Velcro Block is a complete 'slide and replace' kit. Remove one endcap, remove the bristles from one end, slide out the damaged BLOCK.  Re-assemble in reverse.

 ENDCAPS: 

Replacement endcaps for RADIAL BRUSH and ROCKER BRUSH are now solid 'one-part' TPR material. 

When replacing end-caps, be careful not to over-tighten the screws for the bumpers.  

BRISTLES:

If you are replacing BRISTLES, please note that you choose this option at your own risk.  There is no warranty or guarantee as it is possible for these bristles to be distorted and difficult to load into the brush.  No returns, no refunds. Caveat Emptor. 

ALL Bristle Packs are a full replacement set. Outer and Inner are not sold separately. 

IN-LINE FILTERS:

In-Line Filters for LITE, ULTRA-LITE, and BEAST LITE are the small insert that fits the brass T going into the brush, and once inserted, the 8:8 or 8:10 pushfit slides over the top. We include a spare 8:10 pushfit in case you get a filter stuck in the pushfit.

IN-LINE FILTERS for RADIAL, ROCKER, DEEP-FRAME, SOLAR ROCKER was originally small filters inserted in the black tube on each side of the T Pushfit where the water comes in.  REPLACEMENT IN-LINE Filters are now a larger filter external to the brush. The kit is replacement black tubes to go around the brush (Be Careful To Only Push and Pull onto the Rinse Bar in a Straight Direction), a short piece of HI-FLO TUBE with the Filter inside (it is visible now), and a 10:10 pushfit to join back to the HI-FLO TUBE.
