DUAL DI TANK with EASY-CARRY straps is a simple, easy to use and refill DI Tank solution for water fed window cleaning.

We Recommend: Sealing the battery compartment with electrical tape.
RECOMMENDATION: TWO TANKS
Being just 1/4 cu ft capacity (4 refills per bulk bag) ,it is easy to carry, incredibly easy to refill ( a unique 10" (250mm) wide 'throat', and it is ideal for two tanks in series.
The ONLY downside to DI ONLY filtration is that you do not know when it is going to expire, so having two tanks in series makes great sense - the first is the 'WorkHorse' and the second tank is the redundancy.
We include a CHECK-iT TDS METER with the KIT ( you may need to supply your own CR2450 battery due to a civil aviation crackdown on devices with batteries). Connect CHECK-iT under your brush, and you can know with certainty at any time that you have SPOT-FREE water.
You will also get GARDENA Quick Connects back to garden hose.

NOT INCLUDED: MIXED BED DI RESIN (see ATOMIC RESIN)
If you experience high TDS from well water, remember, you can clean the windows and frames the first time with tap water, and then do a second pass, glass only, 15 seconds per window with DI WATER to polish the job.
Please Note : An RO is simply a PRE-FILTER to DI with one goal - to save DI COSTS. An RO does not purify water any better than DI, and you cannot spend $5000 to get a better quality of water than from a DI TANK. Getting an RO is NOT a decision based on the TDS of your local water, but rather a decision on how much it could SAVE you in DI RESIN costs compared to operating DI ONLY. Pure water dries spot-free.
Tap water leaves spots because of what's dissolved in it. Take that out and the glass dries clear. No soap, no chemicals, no squeegee.

Why two tanks?
Resin runs out without warning. With two tanks in series, the first does the work and the second is a backup, so you still get spot-free water while you plan the refill.
When do I change the resin?
When the Check-iT under your brush stops reading green (0-10 ppm). How long resin lasts depends on your tap water's TDS and how much water you use.
What's in the box?
Two 1/4 cu ft / 7 L DI tanks with EASY-CARRY straps, nylon mesh resin bags, a Check-iT TDS meter and orange Gardena quick connects for garden hose.
What's not included?
DI resin (get ATOMIC Resin, USA addresses only) and the Check-iT's CR2450 battery, because of air transport rules. Tip: seal the battery compartment with electrical tape.
DI tanks or an RO system?
An RO doesn't make purer water than DI. It's a pre-filter that saves on resin. Over 150 ppm, or if you use a lot of water, an RO-DI system like FLOW BLUE saves money.
Green hose connectors?
It comes with orange Gardena fittings. Green ones are sold separately on the Pushfits and Gardena Connectors page.
